Personalities: About

INTROVERT

An introverted person can function better when working alone than when working in a team. More of an observer, than always sharing your thoughts. Always absorbing the stimuli of their surroundings. They choose who they connect with very carefully. When that connection has been made it runs deep. As they can be quiet in in public places but can be talkative in home. They also need a lot of personal space being alone gives them time to think and figure things out. Don’t like to attend big parties, or being in center of attention. During playing they also like to play on the side lines. Another fact is that they don’t brag about their achievements or knowledge and want to hide their abilities. In social situations, they tend to listen more than they talk and are excellent listeners because they never interrupt. They can express their ideas in writing rather than speaking. But when they speak, they need time to think before answering a question. When they are feeling emotional, they have a hard time sharing their feelings and feel deeply embarrassed by public mistakes. Exploring more deeply and detaily is their characteristic.

Personalities: About

EXTROVERT

They are friendly and outgoing. They are energised by being around other people. They will talk with someone else rather than sit alone and think, they like to think as they speak. They often think best when they are talking. Extroverts enjoy situations and even seek them out, and work best as part of the team. Can get easily bored when her or she spend too much time alone. Extroverts can be seen as not shy people, but also still shy but they do very well in organised groups when they are socially engaged without needing to come up with topics of conversation or reasons to connect.
